From Yahoo - 5 Habits To Break Before It's Too Late

Saw this posted this morning on Yahoo, and thought it would be good to share. From time to time we all need a reminder about fixing the things we are doing even though we know that we shouldn't be doing them. We all knew we would gain an hour last night, but how many of us used it to get more sleep and how many stayed up later thinking that the "fall back" would save us? How many munched on Halloween candy after the trick or treaters were in for the evening and we had leftovers?
